How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your Snooze Band, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the Snooze Band washable?
Yes. Simply remove the ultra-thin speakers from the headband and you can machine wash the fabric on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended.
Does it connect to all devices?
Our Snooze Bands use universal Bluetooth technology, making them compatible with all smartphones, tablets, and laptops, including iOS and Android devices.
How long does the battery last?
The battery is designed to last for up to 10 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge, ensuring your soundtrack plays all night long.
Is it comfortable for side sleepers?
Absolutely. The speakers are ultra-thin and padded, specifically designed so that side sleepers won't feel any pressure or discomfort against their ears.
